Jason Petho 13 December 1941 [Best Played vs Human] : The harsh realities of the Russian winter was as simple as find shelter for the night or freeze to death. Tempuratures commonly went down to -30F or below in the evening meaning the poorly equiped Germans would suffer further casualties. Winter in Russia was turned into a constant battle for the villages and roads providing the required shelter and transportation. This is one such engagement of an infantry regiment, supported by armour, trying to take shelter for the night south of Leningrad. The Russians on the other hand, nice and cosy in their entrenched villages have other plans. Who holds the villages by nightfall will remain to fight tomorrow. Hence, victory or death.
