Nara bridgehead, 60 miles from Moscow: 26 October 1941
The rifle companies of 98 German Infantry Division, barely 
stronger than platoons, were ordered to seize an undulating 
feature known as the Chernishnaya Height in order to clear 
the Mosow Highway for the advance of 19 Panzer Divison.
